Every caregiver is background-checked, drug-screened, insured, and continuously trained. Care plans are designed and supervised by Dr. Okon's clinical team — so the support in your home is consistent, accountable, and adjusted as needs change. Because Dr. Okon is dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, we can coordinate physical and mental health care together for true whole-person support.
Many families pay little or nothing out of pocket. Yes. Qualifying Texans can receive personal care through Traditional Medicaid and managed-care plans such as Molina, Community Health Choice, and UnitedHealthcare. We help families confirm eligibility and handle the paperwork at no charge.
After a free in-home assessment, care can often begin right away for private pay and most insurance situations. We can also start interim support while plan approvals are processed.
